2. What Heatfield is

Heatfield is a road chase game played in the browser. It is free. Today it has no real-money purchases and no advertising.

You do not need to sign up to play: when you open it, the game creates a guest account for you. If you do not want to lose your progress, you can create an account with your email. Which data we process in each case is explained in the Privacy policy.

The game is in development: it may change, have bugs or stop being available at some point.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The game, its code, design, texts and graphics, and the Heatfield and Badkraft names and logos belong to the owner or are used under licence. Third-party elements used by the game (for example 3D models, sounds or music) are used under licence from their owners and remain theirs.

You may play, take screenshots and videos of your games and share them. You may not copy, extract, modify, redistribute or exploit the game or its assets without written permission.

4. Use of the site

Please use the game in good faith: do not try to access accounts or systems that are not yours, do not tamper with the game or the server to gain an advantage, and do not use offensive nicknames. If someone does, we may change their nickname, void their games or close their account. The rules of the game, your account and what you earn in it are in the Terms of use.

5. Liability

We offer the game as it is and do our best for it to work well and be secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in this notice limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer, nor any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Data protection

How we process your data, why, for how long and how to exercise your rights: Privacy policy.

7. Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection given to you by the laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.

This is a translation. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
