Heatfield

Terms of use

Last updated: 18 October 2026

In short. Heatfield is free. What you earn in the game (points, nuts, cars, parts, levels) is for playing: it is not money, it has no value outside the game and it cannot be sold or traded. Play fair and choose a nickname that does not offend. You can delete your account whenever you want, from the game.

1. Who we are and what you accept

Heatfield is a game by Badkraft, the trade name of Juan Jesús Martín Costa (details in the Legal notice). By playing you accept these terms. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy policy.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law of your country gives you as a consumer.

2. Age

Heatfield is for people aged 13 or over, or the minimum age set by the law of your country if it is higher (in Spain, 14). If you are under that age, do not create an account with an email.

3. Your account

4. In-game currencies and progress

In the game you earn points and nuts, level up and get cars, parts, paints, upgrades, achievements and other items. All of that:

Today nothing can be bought with real money. If that ever changes, we will explain it here first, with its conditions.

We may change how the game and its balance work (what each thing costs or gives, levels, upgrades), fix errors and remove anything obtained through a bug or by cheating. While the game is in development we might have to reset progress or leaderboards; if that happens, we will announce it in the game beforehand.

5. Games and the leaderboard

The server replays every game to check it. Only what comes out of that check counts: if it does not match what the game says, the game gives nothing and does not enter the leaderboard. There may be a maximum number of games that count each day.

The leaderboard is public: anyone can see each driver’s nickname, level and record.

6. Your nickname

Everyone can see your nickname. A nickname is not allowed if it:

The game only rejects those containing words from a list, but the rule is the one above: if one slips through, we may replace it with a default one.

7. Play fair

You may not:

If someone does, we may void their games and records, remove what they obtained that way, change their nickname, or suspend or close their account, depending on how serious it is. If you think we got it wrong with you, write to us and we will review it.

8. The game and what you can do with it

The game, its graphics, sounds, music, texts and trademarks belong to the owner or are used under licence. We let you play it for free, for personal use. You may take screenshots and videos of your games and share or stream them. You may not copy, extract, modify or redistribute the game or its assets.

9. Availability

Heatfield is in development and is offered for free, as it is. It may change, have bugs, stop for a while or cease to exist. If we close the game, we will announce it in the game beforehand; the account and what was earned in the game will cease to exist with it.

We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence and in the cases where the law does not allow liability to be limited. Beyond that, as this is a free game, we are not liable for loss of progress due to technical failures, although we will do our best to recover it.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change them, we will publish the new version here with its date and, if the change is significant, announce it in the game. If you do not agree, you can stop playing and delete your account.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence. For any question or complaint: admin@badkraft.com.

This is a translation. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
