Heatfield key art: an orange sports car jumps on a coastal road, chased by a police car, a police motorbike and a helicopter

Two sides, one highway

Every run is a chase, and you choose which side of it you’re on.

Racer

Flee. Hold on. Don’t get caught.

Weave through traffic, drift the bends and keep your car in one piece while the police close in. Score more than anyone and you wear the crown of the Most Wanted, with everyone coming for you.

Jammer

Supreme Turbo

Cop

Chase down the Most Wanted and bust them.

Same highway, other side of the law. Hunt down the racer wearing the crown, push them off their line and bust them before they get away. Every arrest counts.

How it plays: steer, drift, burn nitro

There’s no accelerator: your car drives itself, and your job is to steer, drift and survive. Amber signs warn you of a sharp bend. Drift through it, and don’t take it on nitro or you’ll end up in the barrier.

Drifting, close overtakes and driving against the traffic fill your nitro. Burn it to fly, or use it for a Side Slam that sweeps a lane and a half and sends whatever it hits flying. Both sides carry spikes and can unlock the EMP: keep the rival ahead in your sights for two seconds and their car shuts down.

Highway exits hide shortcuts. Take one and you pick one of two upgrades that lasts the whole run, from common ones to rare finds. Day or night, sun or rain, along the coast, past white villages and through the mountains.

Between runs

Every point you score goes to your bank. Spend it in the garage, a backstreet workshop for racers and the station for cops, on cars, abilities and paint. Each side levels up on its own and unlocks more as it goes.

The global leaderboards keep the longest reigns as Most Wanted and the runs with the most arrests. Bolts, the premium currency, only buy looks: everything that changes the race is earned by playing.
